Leadership Development

GBA provides numerous resources for churches and pastors. Much of what is provided comes by way of consultation and counseling. Pastors and churches are struggling with Post-Covid issues. Many churches have been struggling to sustain ministries in culturally and contextually changing areas. To address the difficulties, consultation in the areas of renewal, revitalization, church fostering, adoption and replanting have become almost daily conversations.

GBA also provides grant money for state and national conferences, as well as interim training. GBA is connected to Houston Church Planting Network for possible church planter training. GBA provides training for Pastor Search Teams and Deacon Training. GBA also is developing coaching/mentoring and cohorts giving pastor a forum to discuss with other pastors in a Iron Sharpens Iron context.
